● How to Address a Transaction Error
1) If it's related to your app store account settings, please contact your app store.

2) If it's related to your mobile service provider, contact the service provider.
please check whether the payment limit has been exceeded.
You check your purchase limit with your credit card company or mobile service provider.
To cancel an order or return a purchase, please contact us with all the following information through 1:1 Inquiry.

2) Game Member Number: (Can be checked in Settings)

4) Request: (Example: Item refund, Order cancellation) 

* You can check your Google account at the Menu > Account on the Google Play website.
* Orders can only be canceled within 7 days of their purchase date. Used items cannot be returned.

● How to Check Order Details

The App Store temporarily charges 1 dollar to verify your payment method.
This amount will be automatically refunded back to you after a while. 
We recommend you use the Authentication feature to prevent accidental and unauthorized purchases.

● How to Activate Google Play Authentication
Select the Menu icon (≡) on the upper side of the Google Play website → Settings → Select Require authentication for purchases → Select For all purchases through Google Play on this device → Set up a password

※ Google Play only. For other possible prevention methods provided by your mobile service provider, please refer to its official website. 
Unused products can be returned within 7 days of their purchase date.
Unauthorized purchases by underage users can be canceled.

※ Cannot be canceled if the registered owner of the mobile device and the payment method used is an adult.

4. Probable items that are considered used immediately upon opening and whose effect is determined immediately upon opening
