In the Notification Center, you can view the list of comments/likes on your post, get notifications for friends' birthdays and important notices.
No, you will only receive notifications for those who have entered their birthday information on KakaoStory and enabled the option to display their birthday on KakaoTalk profile.
(To enable/disable this option, go to KakaoStory > Settings > Link KakaoTalk Profile > Birthday)
KakaoTalk stores messages on the server for users who cannot check messages immediately.
These messages will be stored on the server for 2-3 days and will then be deleted permanently from the server for your privacy.
Please note that you may not be able to check your messages if you turn off your phone or you are not connected to a network for more than 2-3 days.
Also, if you do not log in to KakaoTalk Desktop for more than 3 days, you may not be able to check messages delievered during that time on your mobile from your desktop.
KakaoTalk allows you to add close friends to your Favorites list. To add a friend to Favorites, tap the star icon on your friend's mini-profile. To remove a friend from Favorites, deselect the star icon.
You can also edit your friends list by tapping the Edit button in the Friends tab.
1) If push notifications are currently disabled:
Go to your iPhone Settings > Notifications > KakaoTalk and check if the Sounds and Show in Notification Center options are enabled.
Once you change the notification settings, please enable the Airplane Mode for 30 seconds before disabling. Then run your KakaoTalk app again.
2) If you have enabled notifications for KakaoTalk in your iPhone Settings and are connected to a Wi-Fi network, but still not receiving push notifications:
Make sure that the TCP port 5223 is open to TCP traffic for notifications to work. Please contact your network administrator to check whether the TCP port 5223 is blocked by the Wi-Fi firewall.

3) If your iPhone/iPod is unlocked or jailbroken: Install "PushFix" to enable push notifications on your iPhone/iPod.
