If you receive a message that violates KakaoTalk Operation Policy from a stranger in a group chatroom to which you were invited by a person who is not your friend, please report it according to the following steps. The complainant’s personal information will not be disclosed to the reported person to protect his/her privacy.
1) Select ‘this link’ in the guidance on the top of the chatroom.
2) You can select up to 3 messages for reporting on the Report Message page.
3) Select [Report] at the bottom.
4) Check ‘Report & Leave’ on the Report & Leave page.
5) Select [Complete].
[Important!]
• The reported message will be sent to a relevant Kakao team, and the reported person will be blocked.
• The related chatroom and conversations will be deleted. Please make sure to capture any conversation you need to store in advance.

• You can report a message in a group chatroom only when both the person who invited you and the person who sent you the abusive message are not your friends.
• If any of the persons are on your Friends list, please remove him/her from the list and then report the message.
