I want to report a message sent by a participant in [Regular Chat > 1:1 Chat].
If you receive a message that violates KakaoTalk Operation Policy from a person who is not on your friends list, please report it according to the following steps. The complainant’s personal information will not be disclosed to the reported person to protect his/her privacy.
1) Select [Report] on the top of the chatroom.
2) You can select up to 3 messages for reporting on the Report Message page.
3) Select [Report] at the bottom.
4) Check ‘I agree’ on the Report pop-up.
5) Select [OK].
[Important!]
• The reported message will be sent to a relevant Kakao team, and the reported person will be blocked.
• The related chatroom and conversations will be deleted. Please make sure to capture any conversation you need to store in advance.
[Other]
• If the reported person is on your Friends list, please remove him/her from the list and then report the message.
• Please see here to check if KakaoTalk Operation Policy is violated.
