I can't install or update KakaoTalk from Google Play Store.

New app installation or update may be restricted if the owner of the account you are currently using in Google Play Store is under 12 years old,
or if the Parental Controls level of the child's account is "Allow All".
If you have created your child's account using Family Link, you can resolve the issue by following the steps below.
If you are under the age of 12, please give your guardian (the master account of your family group) the following information.
① Open the Google Family Link or go to the webpage (https://familylink.google.com/).
② If you have multiple child accounts, select the child you want to edit.
③ Content Restrictions > Google Play > Apps and Games
④ From Parental Controls, select "Rated for 12+" and save.
