When I try to log in, I get a message saying, "Please check your connection."

You may be unable to log in if the network/IP changes while logging in.
To prevent your network/IP from changing, try logging in again by referring to the following method.


1. If you are using on a mobile device, connect to a stable WiFi network
2. If you are connected via VPN, disable the VPN
3. If you are connected via iCloud Private Relay:
ㄴ Turn it off via Settings > [User name] > iCloud > Private Relay
